I came to TheFret by way of stumbling onto Dolphinstreet. I posted a theory question on the Dolphinstreet forums, and Robert pointed me here.

I posted earlier in this thread, but that is long buried, so in short, I was a complete newb, having had few months of lessons on my acoustic, and looking at electric gear. I searched for Vox AD50 info, found dolphinstreet, posted a question or two over there, and Robert pointed me in this direction. That was fall of '06.
