Identifying an Epi by serial number

Apparently recent Epi serial numbers don't work with the Dater Project. What about a Wildkat with the number 1007206045? Various sites say different things, but the most logical seems to be 10 = 2010, 07 = July, 2 = factory code, 06045 = production sequence. Any thoughts?

You're close. The factory code 20 is DaeWon or Unsung (China)
