You can listen to a blues call ''I.S. Blues'' on my site that i ve made with a inexsistant live band, but it sounds like a real live take ..If some wants to know how , just tell me and i ll explain ..Just for the fun of knowing some tricks..

First , my studio tech had this unknown drum demo Cd on his desk..We took a 6/8 blues take that we chopped in pieces on Cubase to make a personnal 12bars blues..Then we ve recorded the drum (waves) on cub..

Then i made the basic guitar that we recorded direct in the studio console while a ambience multidirectionnal mic was placed in the bottom of the studio to create a live room..Same thing when i played the Bass and obviously the soloing guitar at the end too.

Finally , by openning the sound sytem , we recorded just the drum in the same ambiance mic. to make the live room even more effective. We v e blend it all together to obtain a sort of live ambinace take.We could add some people takin or screamin even clappin and it woud be a real live style bar ambiance.. By the way the guitar i played on this track (Ibanez Ar-300)is a guitar i was tryin that day andI bought it. A nice jam with ''Nobody Else Blues _Band''..

Hope you enjoyed the path .Nothing new , but good trick to know.

If you want to ear it
