i have the bigsby version....it is an excellent guitar....build quality is superb and it plays great....someday i might replace the stock humbuckers with classic 57's but the stock ones sound good....it sounds good acoustically too!

Warren,

It doesn't appear too thick from the pic you post. I prefer the thinner style (like my Dot and Wildkat).

Do you think it is thick or thin body?
it's thin...about 1 3/4 inches....very comfortable to play....

I sent MF an email with a link to their ad and noted that it says transparent blue, but displays both red and blue guitars. My question was do they offer both?

The response was this:

Thank you for your recent inquiry.

Unfortunately, we're not offering that product in our inventory at this time.
Keep checking back,
we may start carrying it in the future.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

In the meantime, you may also be interested in something such as:

In typical MF fashion, they sent me right back to the page in question.

I've played both the thicker bodied and thinner ones, and I like 'em. Very consistent quality from model to model. Pups sound good, and you can get some wicked feedback with a hollowbody and some gain on the amph.

Just ask Ted Nugent.:D
