OK, this is a weird post.
I had to replace the toilet seat in the Master bathroom.
The bolts were completely rusted.
I tried WD-40 & every other item at Lowe's, Home Deport, & Ace to no avail.
An internet search yielded Kroil:

I got an aresol can of Silkroil (Kroil with silicone)
One squirt & zippity-do-dah the bolts came right off. I have plenty left.
Great stuff. Well worth it if you have frozen rusted bolts.
