Has anyone played one of these?? A local shop has a few and I fussed with one a few days ago. No intention of buying one, but I was very impressed.
Made in Chile. Head honcho is an ex Taylor guy. Beautiful finish and a very nice sound. Top woodfor most models is Alerce. They also make a few models with Sitka. The Alerce tops remind me a bit of cedar, sound wise.

The shop had 4 models. Priced between $1,600 and $2,000. FWIW I was told Alerce is very, very old growth wood.
