Since the P90 thread strayed in the horizontal guitar category, I thought we might have some examples here. First up, Mr. Dave (Lindley, that is) rocking on what looks like a Fender Dual Professional in 1982.
I've seen Buddy live many times - he's something else.My current setup is almost exactly what it was 20 years ago. I play the aforementioned steel built, designed and engineered by Larry Hilt. It's a double-twelve monster with 10 on the floor and 14 under, most of which operate both necks. Yeah, E9th & C6th, nothing terribly unusual there. This guitar is simply the best thing I've used in my lifetime.

Lindley has always amazed me. One of those guys that if it's got string, he can probably play it and play it great. Love his work on "Running on Empty" and what a tight and right band.
Not to get to far off track, but his work on these has been on my radar for a while. I know, acoustic. :thwap:
