Marshall avtx

Well, someone offered to sell me there Marshall Avtx valvestate amp. Its 120 watts and has 2x12 speakers. Hes asking for 300 which is reasonable but I dont know, Its not tube...... I kinda think maybe i should out for a better amp but what are your thoughts?

How much do you need a 2x12? Are you in a band or jam with people? I would try it out and see what it sounds like. If you're not real into the tone/features, etc. and don't need something bigger than what you already have, you can wait for something tube if that's you're ultimate goal.

If you need something louder and can live with the tone, you can always buy it and then resell/upgrade later.
