Guitars are out of Australia and the ones I tried were priced from $1,250 to $2,250 US

Quick comment: Wow, very nice guitar. Well built, nice sound, and light!!!

I played the

MS500/HC (SC in neck, HB in bridge position)
MS500 (two HB's)
MS2000DLX

I have never (truly never) picked up a guitar that felt so good and just seemed to play so easily. I may go back this weekend to plug it in to a better amp, if not, I will definitely be playing it on Wednesday when I go for lessons.

The set-up on this guitar (all three) was just perfect (tribute some of that to the luthier at the store). If I was buying in this price range I would very seriously consider buying one over a Fender, Gibson, Gretsch..., it is definitely a guitar that grabbed me immediately. Of course it was only about 30 minutes of playing and I don't have the talent to run it through its paces, but a very impressive guitar as far as I'm concerned.

Only 8 dealers in the US. The company is still family owned and been in business since 1946.

This guy, aussie virtuoso Tommy Emmanuel have made the acoustic models known world wide ...
