Ok, so I have been using PowerDirector for the last few years and am generally happy with it for the few times I use it. I decided to revisit HitFilm (Express) again and really play with it. I found it to be really good for deep editing and achieving some nice results, particularly with film looks. I decided to give a recent video clip of mine the HitFilm Express treatment and make it letterbox and give it a bit of a cinema quality. I was pretty stoked with the results from just a little bit of tweaking. Anyway, here's the final output. Hope you like how it looks, and sounds, and I'd like to see some of your work if you decide to follow the link and give the software a try.
By the way, I'm am just playing my LP through my 100w Boss Katana combo. The backing track is playing from the stereo speakers on the computer to the right.
