I haven't had a Floyd-equipped guitar in a while so I thought I'd get one once again.
Offered 150;- delivered for an Ibanex RGX312 w/EMG 81, used...I have no idea if it's a good one except the seller seems to think so. All I care about is it has a good neck and a very floating trem for tricks and such.

At any rate, it's not a steep price I thinks?

If I get it, I'll strip it down to just one EMG...mm, maybe strip off all paint as well, we'll see what can I come up with to 'dee-construct' that one :-) maybe cut it to some weird shape or something, heheheh...

I sure hope I get it...but, if anyone knows anything about these Ibbys, any feedback is welcome. Mainly wondering if it's be sensible to pay the 170;- the guy is asking.

Cool deal. I assume it's a white guitar?

Lol...nlpe black but I think Ill strip the paint off and test some wood sstain or wax or something on it. IF he sells it, looks promising but not certain yet.

I always thought that would be a cool thing to do on a painted guitar, because I love the natural wood grain. Problem is that I never found a guitar I was willing to experiment on (cheap) that was worth the extra effort to go through that whole process (not crappy).

I'm planning to give it super low action and lik 8 strings ultra light...solely for crazy solos when recording direct to daw...

Yeah, this one would be a good candidate. If he sells it, he'd just take it apart and send me in two pieces...it's anyway missing some control cavity cover and knobs etc. so I figure I could just push it against my sander for a while.
