Thursday was my daughter's third birthday.

Here she is with her present...

Nice. I borrowed a uke from a friend once. Strange tuning, and it went out of tune like crazy, but it was surprisingly easy to play.

This one goes out of tune quite quickly as well, but yes, once you get a few chords down they're remarkably easy to play. I'm looking forward to giving many a song the ukelele treatment to hear the results. I played a very nice "Here Comes the Sun" on it the other day.
