I'm a big fan of vintage Swedish guitars Levin and Bjärton, distributed in North America under the brands Goya, Hagström, España and Fender (as far as acoustics are concerned - there may be other brands yet in electrics).

Here's the Bjärton Isabella.

I didn't know about Bjarton. :AOK:
Most Hagström sold here were made by Bjärton, as well as some Italian Crucianelli on the electric side if I'm not mistaken.

And does it ever feel good to be able to talk about other brands without checking over your shoulder.

(I haven't gotten over the whole thing yet, as you can tell...)

That's a beautiful guitar SPT. I love the sound hole.

Me too. It looks like a snowflake landed inside a circle of needlepoint hearts.
Beautiful work, IMO. :bravo:

This sound hole insert is original to the guitar but I presume you know similar inserts are available (I forgot their names).
I can't recall where they were sold, but they are...

This is indeed a nylon strings classical guitar, with a 2 inch wide neck, flat fretboard, flat finish. It was bought new in early 82 by the original owner so it has to be a bit older than that.
