Poll: How do you divide playing time, acoustic/electric?

DO you play your acoustic or your electric more often? I'm about 60/40 acoustic.

Yeah, I know - I thought about finer gradations, like 75/25 and 90/10... Actually, I'm probably closer to 75/25 in fact. If folks feel like there need to be more options, I'll edit to add them - it that's possible.

EDIT: no, I guess it isn't possible.... I was trying not to be my usual too-fussy self...

I am at least 80/20 electric. It may balance out a bit more in summer, back porch playing time, but still much more electric.

Probably 60/40 acoustic, because it's easier to play at night when everyone else is asleep. Slowly but surely I'm getting more time on the Strat.

It really depends what I'm working on. If I've got a band show coming up it'll be all electric. If I'm working on songs for open mike nights and the like, all acoustic. Between projects about 50/50.

I put 100% electric as I don't have an acoustic. Yes, for xmas I'm getting a Godin 5th Avenue, but it's been modded with a Lollar P90 at the neck .

TJ, I had to vote 100% electric, since that's all I've been doing since I bought my new amph.......but I've got 2 acoustics, and your poll got me thinking.
What's going on that I'm not playing acoustic lately?

i have been playing my acoustic a lot lately....but with my new fender amp and phazed and confused pedal i will be delving back into electric land more! :R

I cleaned and restrung the Takamine last week so I've been playing acoustic 50% lately. it sounds so nice with fresh strings, it's hard to put down.

I cast my vote 80% Acoustic as I mainly do chord work with rhythm my strong suit. But that might be a distorted reading, since my acoustics are all juiced; I often plug them in to put some chorus and light delay on them. The guitar that's on my stand the most is my Ovation with its 'electric-feel' neck so stuff I work out on it 'translates' easier. I play my (hollow body) Epi Casino unplugged a lot for the same reason; it's essentially a very thin bodied acoustic that happens to sport P-90's.

I rarely play acoustic though that's all I played my first four years at college. I should play more as I have a few nice acoustics laying around.

Used to be ~100% electric, but I've started helping out with the praise music at a new contemporary worship service our church started this fall. That's been all acoustic so far, so it's shifted the mix for me. Playing the old Yamaha FG300 sure is good for toughening the calluses and building finger strength!

My setup for gigs in church, which I played a lot this year is:

I rarely play acoustic, matter of fact my Yamaha is out on loan currently.
Most of the time I play a Strat unplugged while laying in bed watching TV...and about 25% of the time Im plugged into my BJr...I get a couple hours a week on my Deville.

I may have entered my vote wrong. I play my acoustic 60% of the time but it is plugged in my Crate most all the time. I split the rest of my time between my Godin and SX hollowbody playing through my Fender Princeton. It is rare that I play my Takamine unplugged but I usually select it first for some reason.
