Problem with the tuning?

Hi!
I have made some small tracks with jamstudio.com.
The problem is that when I tune my guitar to play along the track
the music is out of tune....?
I use a korg tuner (440) and tune the guitar and when I start the track it´s a bit flat. Anyone know what that is? It´s really anoying. It´s just a little bit flat but enough to stop using jamstudio.com

Have you tried tuning a little sharp with your tuner, and see if it sounds better?

It could be that the sample rate of the playback is off.

Yes, I could change the pitch in the tuner, but it feels wrong
when I the last 15 years never has changed it. Can I change the sampplerate of the track insted?
