Apparently this happened Saturday but I didn't read about it until this morning.

This one is tremendously sad for me. I am a huge fan of Pete Cosey's, particularly his work with Miles. He completely altered my perspective on tone and phrasing, as well as really challenging me to look at the different roles an electric guitarist can play in a band setting.
