Very interesting local NPR radio show! The author talks about her book about
noodles,
their origins, and her traveling along the Silk Road to sample local noodles all the way to China.
A lot of surprising stuff and amusing bits.
Some confirming my theory that peace can be achieved via sharing a good meal, before getting the cannons out!
