Resurrecting and old thread...

If you are into the USA Reverends, check out my site!

Of course, I am always interested in buying Reverend USA Stuff (Guitars, Parts, Basses, Amps...) so let me know if you are parting with anything

I know this isn't a true Reverend guitar, but my nephew is getting it as a Christmas present. I have made a few guitars now and he wanted me to make him one. The one he wanted was a Reverend Sensei. What do you think?

First of all,you made that Awesome!!! second what a lucky nephew third welcome!! Ilove it that is an Awesome axe.Sumi:D

J_48_Johnson, that appears to be very well made! A Reverend Sensei would be nice, but a custom hand made beauty like this is much better. :AOK

Welcome to The Fret. Do you need any more nephews? Feel free to tell us more about yourself, music and your guitars over at The Fret Players section.

Sumi & Tig, thanks for the kind words, that means a lot to me. It's kind of hard to show things to people because of the rejection factor or someone digging you about it becuase they don't like it. To each his own but thanks.

Tig, I went over to the Fret Palyers section and posted there. I put up pictures of the other guitars that I've made to this point. Please take a look and post there on what you think about them all.

Hope you all like what you see. :thumbsup

I dont know about that. On the awesomeness scale I use it measured 675 the last time I checked it, but it could need recallibrated...

OMFG..., be very glad we're thousands of miles apart! Are those TV Jones PUs? What does a beauty just like that run? That trem looks familiar too... Great taste on both counts!

Those are Reverend's version called "RevTrons". I've read that they sound pretty good. I can easily see a Flatrock as my next Reverend.

IPLAYLOUD, welcome to Th Fret! As a CK290 owner, I really like your Reverend collection. That copper orange is perfect, and the Flatrock is quite a catch.

Do yourself a favor, Steve, and get that guitar! I can pitch the virtues of the Reeves all day long, and the basic Double Agent specs are identical (except for the pickups and push/pull tone knob). Plus, they're just damn cool :socool
