Mark,
My small collection has been growing since I was a kid. My first guitar is a Kingston 3/4 dreadnought (not was... I still have it). Its not playable anymore. The second was a Toyota E-335 knock off. It lasted 7 years before the electronics quit during a school Christmas concert. The next day, my dad ran out and traded it in on my Bradley LPC in 1977. I bought a used Hoyster 12-string acoustic and many years later gave it to my brother-in-law when his guitar was destroyed while moving. He still has it. I bought my Mustang Comp. from a friend in the early 80's. Its in still in great shape and plays like a wet dream. In 1991, my wife said she would by me ANY guitar I wanted. I always wanted a Gibson Les Paul. But that day, the Strat jut felt better. Four years later she bought me the Celebrity.
Then we got a dog. A beagle to be more precise... and the sound of the guitars scared the living hell out of him. So I put them away for 12 years. He passed away in July 08. I started playing again in August.
Since then I added the 1751 Balladeer, a $163 ebay find. It needed some TLC and is now near perfect. I picked up the Elite-T just before Christmas.
Here are some pics of my collection:

Now you know my guitar life story.
And yes... GAS and I are well acquainted, much to my wife's dismay.
Addendum: I forgot that somewhere in there I had a Kay bass (like a Gibson SG), and a Sunn Sorado bass amp and cab. Yeah... I used to play bass too.
