My two young boys. MacArthur and Caesar. Both rescues from the humane society. Mac is part GSD with husky I think, Caesar is quite possibly a pure bred JRT. Mac is about 3, Caesar is about 2.

Other two are Jax and Alley. Jax is a pure bred JRT from a breeder in NC I think. He's 8. Alley is a pure bred dalmation, about 13 years old.

We took both of these dogs from my chick's mom's house when we bought our first house. Reason being Alley was her dog since highschool and she told me when we moved in together as soon as we get a place with a yard, we need to take Alley. Jax has lived with Alley his whole life, so I said if we took her, we needed him too.

Alley doesn't do much but sleep and she's the worst behaved - she's really hard to train to live in a house because she can't hear well and is having a lot of age issues in general. All the boys are pretty well behaved, except Jax doesn't listen to anyone but me for some reason.

We had one of these before - but they are fun and entertaining.

Okay, I got carried away. I never liked small dogs until we got these two. The little one kicks @$$.

Here's our dog, Sadie:

She's a Chiweenie. Also known as a Mexican Hot Dog. Half Chihuahua, half Dachshund.

Our dog Molly looks quite a bit like yours; ours is a half mini-dachshund, her dad is a mini, her mom is a small regular dachshund.

Nah, it's just a coincidence... he's very mellow.

Haha, look at all the doxies!

Sadie, being only half doxie, has a shorter snout, and her ears are smaller and don't flip over and lay flat quite like a purebred's do.

Well, if anyone has a viable pure male mini-dox, we would like to breed our female... she comes from an excellent lineage. We'll offer pick of litter.

Here's my pooch Tovi (Samoyed) from a long time ago, had her from the age of 11 until 19 when she was clipped by a school bus. She was a great pal. I would like to get another one day.

Here's my dog, Biggles, playing with my oldest son whilst my daughter reads a fine work of fiction. Biggles is a pure-bred mutt. Mom was some combination of something or another and Papa was a rolling stone.

*Obligatory Python reference* You must call me Mr. Biggles, or Group Captain Biggles, or Mary Biggles if I'm dressed as my wife, but NEVER senor!

Would ya check out the veins on that dog! Sumi:D

Robert,

That is a cool dog. Looks like it would fit in with our dogs.

My son works at a veterinarian clinic and wants to get a dog, but is leaning towards a Doberman. I keep tell him it will eat Lilo, but he insist. I'll have to show him a pic of yours and maybe I can get him to buy one of those.

Right now he has these two, but I can't get them to play fetch.

my katie. i've had her since she was small enough to fit in a breast pocket in a guy's shirt... (aka five weeks old.) originally slept in my hair on my pillow. my peekapamp. her mother was a peekapoo, her dad was the neighborhood tramp. my life companion for the last 16 years. she's traveled all over the continental us with me, went through law school with me, my first marriage with me, and actually thinks my current husband is the schizzle. :D and adores his kids. beyond words. ;)

Here is our elder stateswoman, Aspen, the Viszla. She has had to start using reading glasses of late. We love her anyway though. :)

Unfortunately, her best buddy, and our long, long time friend, Razz A. Matazz had to be put down this spring. I don't have a great shot of him digitally or I would post it.

Apologize for the semi-hijack in advance. :o We don't have a dog because of allergies in the family. But here is a photo of the most dog-like cat I've ever known--our cat, KK. We got her from a pet adoption outfit when she was about 8 months old, abandoned by her former owners when they moved from an apartment (jerks!). I've never been much of a "cat person", but this one has won me over. Just the nicest disposition you can imagine. Very friendly, not the leat bit standoffish. She's at least part Maine Coon Cat, as is evident from her markings and "ruff" of fur around her neck. Her disposition is apparently typical for that breed, as well.

Hey Vood, she looks alot like our one cat, even the furry feet. We have thought she may be part Maine Coon as well.
