I just don't get this ShredNeck thing. Am I missing something? It also looks super silly when he is 'shredding' on this this thing. :thwap

 
mainly to practice finger exercises and build strength, when you don't have a guitar handy to kill time.
for people like me who are on the road alot and don't have room for a guitar.
it's easy to take on a plane as well.....kinda pricey tho
 
Thanks, Andy. But doesn't the lack of sound take away the fun? Granted, I do not travel but if I did, I think I'd pack a silent guitar. How much do these things run?

500 bucks,I have one their great,I take it camping with a micro cube,take it on a plane(carry on)great for 2+ hr. layovers.Sumi:d:dude

hehe yeah... lack of sound kinda sucks but than again I noodle around all the time unplugged when watching tv.I think it's geared more for shred practicing which involves tremendous amounts of finger exercise on a virtually daily basis

they seem to run around the $50 mark
