Is there a certain amount of time or posts one must aquire before "full access " is obtained ?// Ie. i tried to post a reply /question in the for sale room and it said my access was denied.

Yep, the for sale forum is different. Look at the homepage, scroll down to the for sale forum. There is description underneath the For Sale/Trade link that says the following:

"Any gear you have that you want to sell, trade or buy - here's your chance! You must have been a member for at least 30 days, with a minimum post count of 20 in order to post here."
