Speaker Impedance Option

Which impedance output do I use in the back of my Reverend Kingsnake if I'm looking to Y-adapter the built in Jensen Neo (8ohm) and my 2x12 cab(8ohm)?

I'm assuming the 2x12 cab is 8 ohms because the 2-16 ohm speakers are wired in parallel. Is this correct?

The back has 4, 8, and 16 ohm options and it sounds like I need to use 4. True?
