Squier Telecaster Custom NOISE

Hi everyone, well my Squier tele custom is making some noise when I turn the volume to 0 in one or both pots, but If I turn the tone pots to 0 the noise is minimun, how can I fix this, should I replace the pots, what type of pots are they..??

I have the same guitar and changed the pots and caps. It fixed the problem immediately. If you need information send me a PM. I really like my Squire Custom Tele.
