Hello everyone, the equipment load is not a fixed value; it increases slowly and gradually during operation. The stepper motor initially runs smoothly, but after half an hour, its running smoothness significantly deteriorates. The pulse and microstepping parameters have not been changed.
Mechanical jamming has been ruled out. It's unclear whether the problem lies in driver torque mismatch or the control logic. Seeking further analysis.
