Charlie Sheen may figure he’s got all the righteous mojo he needs, but three Salem witches who are disenchanted with the loud-mouthed celeb yesterday cast spells they say will pull him out of his tailspin.

In fact, they said, they want to make Sheen shine, and if their spells work as advertised, that could happen in a matter of weeks.
