Strats and Teles

So a customer of mine comes in to pick up his car and we are talkin,so he asks me,do you like guitars,Like YEA! I say,well long story short he dosen't play but he has been buying teles and strats on e-bay for investments,so he pulls out this sweet tele,man I love the neck on this,it's from late 90's early 00's says,hey I'll bring the others but for you to check out,sure I say I have a couple of amphs here,Oh man am I in trouble.Sumi:thwap

EXACTLY! I know he wants all the money and from what I've see so far(no scratches,no fret wear,ect)it will be hard to resist,but I like my girls just fine,so no harm in trying them out and I've never played with a B-3 organ before.Let's make some noise! Sumi:dude

Maybe you guys can help me figure out what is a decent price for these guitars(he just came and dropped them off for me to take home for a few days)1999 american in white/2000 deluxe in a burst (very nice oh these are the strats) and a 1995 tele in sunburst (I like this one it sounds nice an plays well)I'll see how they sound on the amps at home.I could probably get a good price if I buy them all,so any help would be great.Sumi

Well Sumi, it sounds like you have a problem of the good kind. Good luck! You could look on Ebay for comparisons.

Hmmm, you might want to check to serial numbers with the cops, just to be sure. Unless you know the guy is legit, that is.

2000 deluxe in a burst (very nice oh these are the strats)

A local mega-collector guy is selling these 2 "like new" USA Deluxe sunburst Strats for $1199. He usually prices guitars to make a little money, but not highway robbery either.

This deluxe is nice with a rosewood fretboard,says on the pups noiseless has paperwork in the fender hardshell and the other is nice as well the off white maple neck.I like this tele he's got it plays and sounds sweet through the lunchbox.is it time to go home yet?man now I have to sneek these into my music room without mama seeing them,she will have a baby and she just had operation and had all that stuff removed.Sumi

Man I had a blast last night!You guys are lucky that have a GC or some other music stores that have alot of guitars you can plug in to test,there is nothing like that here.I liked all these guitars,The maple neck strat was spanky,I've never played that much on a maple neck,mostly rosewood and the tele I could get to liking a tele,the deluxe is a very nice guitar,but those noiseless pups lack something,they are better that the gold lace pups in my 90's strat plus,but I am not going to buy any of them :what yep none of them,they are nice but I already have guitars like these.It was nice to try a bunch of different guitars and I can see some road trips to larger cities to hit some bigger stores to try different axes out.Now I wonder if a B-3 will fit in my livingroom?
