Hi Mark,

beginning of the New Year, I thought that I would take a moment to remind
you that there may be some tax benefits to making your gear purchases
before the end of the year. Our accounting department found some very
useful information relating to this subject, and I'd like to pass it along

The first article speaks directly to musicians and briefly explains travel,
meal, vehicle, and equipment expenses (for both gigging and studio
musicians), and whether or not you can deduct them on your taxes.
