My cost from Guitar fetish would be 138.00 delivered.

My cost for the whole guitar from Rondo would be same price?

What is the better way to go for a strat.

hmm, if your itchy for modd'n you might end up replacing all the pups/pots/switches/tuners on the SX anyway. Just a thought.

Yeah, that'd be my guess too. For the $$ you can't beat GF. Depends what you're starting with (parts, from scratch, an old beater?) and what you hope to have when finished.
