Inspired by Marnold's latest addition, and by the fact I love the color of my Hagstrom, and because I know we have blue and green guitar threads out there somewhere, here is the RED GUITAR thread. Hot, sexy, sultry, rawkin' . . . . Show us yours. I know there are a couple more out there. :rockon: :rockon: :rockon:

Oddly enough, my favorite color is dark blue, but I like red guitars best. I've owned three basses in my life. All of them were red. I've owned five guitars, two of them were red (the others: badly painted blue, silver, and blonde).

Edit: Did some work on her lately. I put a white pearloid pickguard on her, and installed GFS Alnico Fatbody Oversized Polepiece p'ups (Neck, Bridge). These p'ups ROCK! They sound awesome! :R

Yes, still have the Dot, but the Tele got sold a while back and replaced with the butterscotch & black Xaviere XV820. But my new-to-me Epi G-400 SG is most definitely red....

Plank, it is actually still growing on me. I'm still a humbucker guy, but I've been listening to a lot of artist that use Strats and getting into it more. The Strat is the most comfortable and easy playing guitar that I have owned.

Same as me, except mine's the trembucker version of the JB.

Yeah, the Jazz/JB is what's in my Ravelle. Great combo, I like it a lot.

Since Strummy showed his ex-Epi G400...here's one I often wish I didn't give up...a '99 Gibson BluesHawk...when I got her, the Blues-90 pup covers and knobs were black...I changed them to creme with gold...never could find a Varitone position marker ring...
