Just the Celestion Seventy 80 speakers alone would be worth the buy. Heck for that much money, I'd sell the Seventy 80's on ebay, and have enough to buy some other Celestions or Eminence Speakers.

I'd find out first it the cabinet is ply or particle board. Ply would be worth doing an upgrade with, but particle board is still going to sound kid of blah no matter what speakers are in it.
