My trusty TM60 started blowing fuses last week so off it went to the local repair shop. And the damage is... NZ$250 for a replacement power transformer and power capacitors. Not too bad when you consider I've used this since 1995 and it's worked for its living without any problems. I suspect the bad caps took out the transformer before the fuse blew. I did have it in the shop after moving house once but that was so minor it only cost the minimum (inspection) fee.
