Looks like Jeff Bridges will be filling theaters with the new Tron movie as well as True Grit.
The first Tron was pretty cool, if somewhat weak back in '82. This one looks more promising. Anyone see it yet?

Haven't seen it, but reviews say the effects are great, storyline's a bit weak, acting's passable...Bridge's acting's good. I'll probably see True Grit if it's a tossup.

Looks great the original Tron was a real good story but with the new technology it might even be more impressive on the screen and Jeff Bridges is a brillant actor I love him !

I saw it the weekend before last.

The plot was pretty weak, the acting was OK. Bridges was good as always. Bruce Boxleitner, meh.

The CGI visuals were the real star of the movie. They were fantastic. But a weak movie with great visuals is still a weak movie.

Just for kicks, I watched the original Tron last weekend. I remember going to the theater to see it, but I didn't remember much of the story. The visuals were cutting edge for 1982, but today not so much. The acting was pretty bad. Jeff Bridges got better. :) Again, the story was kind of weak. Not a bad movie, just very dated by today's CGI standards.

You guys forgot the best visuals?
