Tropical Storm Fay

Being in the middle of the peninsula has it's advantages, tropcal storms and hurricanes typically are weakened by the time they get to Gainesville.

Spoke too quick there, Bubba! From what I'm seeing of the radar, G'ville is getting slammed with an ugly red feeder band. Hope ya'll are OK, brother!

We've gotten 6-8 inches so far, with more possibly coming. It's moving a little more to the north which is kinda helping us. It's pulling the worst of it more to the north of us. Tallahassee's gotten 15+ inches of rain and is having flooding issues. Fortunately for us, it's going above us. Hopfully, it'll continue to do so.

Thanks. I just checked, we've only gotten just shy of 7 inches of rain in the last few days. No worries.
