tuner giving off sounds

Here's a weird one. I have a Dean Markley tuner which seems to work pretty well. However, when I got a 1-Spot and put it in my signal chain, it gives off a low frequency sound that corresponds with a flashing light on the pedal. It's definitely hearable.

Is this something that I can fix? Maybe something in my electrical situation?

Or should I be looking for another pedal?

is it a voltage thing? check your ac to see if you have the required steady voltage.
