Not quite as good as the first one, but I don't see how anything could be. I don't care, I just love seeing United (or any other large customer-ignoring corporation) getting hammered.
Does anyone know the current status of this dispute? I know that United did contact him and ask if they could use his song for customer service training. And I believe they did also offer to pay for repairing his guitar. Finally.
