Has anyone here tried one of these things?

If it works, the price is a lot better then paying 300 for an attenuator.

One of my friends ordered one recently to use with his Peavey Delta Blues. I'll see him in a week and I'll ask him what he thinks.

I seen that and did some more research, it doesn't do what an attenuator does.
I'm, looking into the Z Air Brake, and a Weber Mass 150.
