Hi ,I am looking for a Washburn hawk,I used to own one in the 80's.Neck thru body,I sold it so I could buy a ibanez rg550,Stupid thing to do,The hawk is the best guitar I have played.

There are a few Washburn owners here that might be able to provide some insight. However, you should also try the Washburn forum (washburn.com). See if you can locate a guy going by the name Pike. He sometimes has leads on the older models. I'm not sure who else is over there, but if they can help, they will speak up.

I almost bought a Hawk a while ago.. great guitar but someone else beat me to it.

The entire washburn Wing series seems to be really nice.
