They look to me to be about a size 8 and that's being generous. There's a small boot heel and a modest instep of the boot...or boots he was wearing the day he stepped into the 'crete. Maybe the boot heels he was wearin' were tall or sumthun but they shore look small to me. Ah tell you whut...I'll be goin' back this early summer to visit my uncle and I'll stop down there and take my tape measure this time around.

9 1/2 in most US sizes (same for Canada I guess?). Occasionally will get a pair of boots where half sizes aren't offered and wear a 10.

I have no idea what those sizes are in UK or Euro sizes.
