CGM 2x12 cab? [Update: NCD - decided to buy it]

I have a line on a CGM 2x12 cab from Craig's List. I can't find much about them online, other than a single review of a 2x12 on HC from 2005. Has anyone here ever owned one, or even heard of them? The price is right, and I've been hoping to find a 2x12 for my Night Train.

I decided to go ahead and buy it after having it demo'd for me by the owner. It sure looks nice under the Night Train. I pulled one of the speakers out to see who the manufacturer was, but there's no info on it. They sound fine, no complaints. I figure in the long run, if I decide to change speakers, it's still worth the money just for the nice cabinet.
