Cigar box Questions

Recently I've been thinking about making a cigar box bass... preferably one with four strings or more, and I was wondering if any of you could give me some instructions. Thanks!

I don't know anything about cigar box basses, but I have a friend that builds the guitars. His name is Pinecone Fletcher (I'm pretty sure his mama didn't give him that name at birth) and he owns Hobo King guitars. Pinecone was actually one of the national finalists for this years King of the Blues from Guitar Center.
