And what a great Easter it was too!
I worked in the kitchen from about 8:30am until 7:30pm Saturday, making Mannicotti (our traditional family Easter dish), and Eggplant Parmesian. We went to church Easter Sunday morning, and when we got home I made the Antipasto and the garlic bread. In the afternoon, we had family and friends over for the feast. Had some great Syrah called "Two Angels" (how appropriate for the occasion) that was superb with the Italian food.
It was a great way to celebrate such a special day....:AOK:
