How do u fix the frets

The frets on the crappy neck i ahvck have sharp ands and i doubt they are even s there really anything i c a do with out refretting the whole thing

Are you saying that the frets are sticking out the edge of your fretboard? If that is what is happening that just means that due to low humidity your fretboard has shrunk slightly, but the frets don't shrink in length so they stick out. Any decent luthier can file the excess off and polish the fret ends so they won't feel like razors. This problem does not require a re-fret.
