Thanks for this Robert. Good demo and amazing to me how MUCH the volume of the amp changed just by adding a pedal. Is that the 2nd generation of the Mack Gem amp you have?

I know you had the original Mack Gem amp. Would you be kind enough to compare/contrast the 2 generations of the Mack Gem?

I only ask as I have the 1st generation Mack Gem 10" combo w/Rajin' Cajun speaker.

I have the 1st generation GEM. I have not tried the current model.

It is a good pedal platform. Any tiny amp like that needs all the help it can get! LOL!
Seriously though, you can really make any tiny dull little amp come alive with the right pedals and settings.
