Looking forward to sharing and getting info. I'm turning 60 this year and after a long time out of the secular music scene, am now with a blues group, singing mostly, and playing rhythm, and also taking the singing duties in a Zeppelin tribute band here in Tucson. I still can't believe I'm able to do it but its working quite well, thanks be to God! I've built about 8 BYOC pedals and am really enjoying the satisfaction of achieving such good results after such intricate work. Did all theBillM mods to my Blues Junior, which I'm now selling in favor of a Peavey Classic 30 I just got on Ebay. Nice to be here!

Welcome to The Fret. This is a great group of people. There are a few of DIY-minded people here.

Hey dude, welcome back to secular music scene and to The Fret! There is much info to be had here and many knowledgeable folk around to get it from. Take it easy!

Welcome rjbee.

Your gear selection is also enjoyed by folks here - not that we'll judge by that.
Singing Zep is quite a feat. Maybe you can lend some vocal tips around here.

Welcome to The Fret, rjbee! I'm a DIY pedal enthusiast, too. Got a whole bunch of BYOC pedals, most of 'em modded in one way or another. And I, too, have a Blues Jr. that's been "BillM'ed". I can tell we're gonna get along great! :AOK: :dude:

Hi rjbee! You will get better results if you post that question in the amps and cabs section of the forum. I can't offer you much other than to say that I love my Peavey Classic 30 (good versatile amp, and great bang for the buck factor) and there are at least two threads if not more on that amp. I am not sure about the Marshall. Enjoy your new amp!
