Hey, Peachhead, your Swedish sounds better than mine!

I think Swedish pancakes are in North America consider really flat, because North Americans usually put a pile of baking powder in the mix, which make them rise and get all puffed up. The Swedish ones are just dead flat and dead on delicious that way. :)

To celebrate Pancake Day I went and had dinner at a local restaurant (use to be a strip club or "Gentleman's Club) and since I'm not suppose to drink, I had coffee. However they were Irish Coffee and I had five.

HAPPY PANCAKE DAY!!! :pancake: :pancake: :pancake:

That would be the thing. She served them with ligonberries (sp?) too but I passed.

Lingonberry jam on pancakes? ohh...

Pancakes here are flat like Robert said, and often served with raspberry/strawberry jam & whipped cream :pancake:

Food for rock guitarists for sure... :R
