What to do in Quebec City?

I am leaving on Friday, running my a$$ off on Sunday and going back on Tuesday. Somewhere in between, I'm hoping to have some fun!

Sightseeing, beer drinking, walking around, enjoying some good restaurants - what good fun can a boy like myself and my 2 running friends have while in Quebec City?
